Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the order (at the latest!). We package your item with care so that it arrives in perfect condition. If upon inspection of your item you notice your product is damaged in some way, please email us at meow@jimmywhiskers.com so we can either replace or refund your purchase.

In NZ we work with a third party company called Zappy to create courier labels for sending items through the courier network. Through Zappy we provide tracking numbers for your processed and labelled parcel. However if there is any issue with the courier company please contact us at meow@jimmywhiskers.com and Zappy will help us resolve this for you.
